or  send an email to sehantsramblers@hantsweb.org.uk giving your name and address, and, if you want to, your email address and 'phone number.  Please include  SEHants walks programme request in the email subject line to permit auto-forwarding

Single programmes are issued free-of-charge to people who want to try a few walks before they join the RA. 

The printed programme is available to members of other RA groups at a cost of £2  +  3 SAE per year.
